PathFinder Figure Legend

The PathFinder figure legend can be accessed through the "Legend" button at the top left menu of the PathFinder page or in the legend tab in the right part of the bottom panel.

Node and edge shapes follow SBGN notation to large extent. Node colors indicate major funtional roles in signal transduction and gene regulation.
